Cruise – Day 2 – Scarborough, Tobago

Came all this way to visit Scarborough.

Was lovely coming into Port.

We started off bright and early, 0815, with a coffee in The Coffee Port. These are included in the Premium All Inclusive so need to make the best of it.

We decided on breakfast in Latitude 53. That’s the included, waited on restaurant.

Was lovely apart from being sat near the clean up station. Was a bit busy. Also everyone seems to very dying of some kind of cough and flu. We’ll be lucky to make it back alive.

Post breakfast we went for a wander around the ship. We’re useless and can’t find anything so thought by having a walk around it would somehow mould our pickled brains into remembering where the toilets were.

Here are some random pics though.

After a wander. We needed to head back to the room to take care of some business. Also as we stood watching the scenery our dazling white flesh was frying so we greased up with some of the 1000 litres of factor 50 Emma bought.

Lunch time and we decided to go to the “Snack Shack” 2 X cheese burger and fries.

Emma didn’t eat hers. I thought it wasn’t bad at all.

While we were chowing down. We were earwigging on everyone’s conversations and a couple of ladies behind us were on a mission to see how many complaints they could make about everything. They were clearly pros. Our favourite was that the won’t come back. They don’t like the way the locals were. Racist so and so’s.

At about 1400ish we headed back to the cabin to chill for a bit.

First though. Cold coffee and a quick poo attempt. I thought one may help the other. (It didn’t)

While chilling on the balcony we couldn’t help wondering why the nearby ferry was making cockeral noises. Actually there was just chickens all over the port. What a world.

At about 1700ish we went to try our hand at the “Hardest quiz ever”, our performance was awful.

However the cocktails were excellent.

The Coffee Port do booze coffee cocktails after 1800 so we popped in there on the way back to the room. Must have been lightly toasted as there is no photo evidence.

Also had some tea in The Kitchen. My first roast dinner of the cruise. It was very good.

We were back to the room ridiculously early but poor Emma was tired after a hard day’s spewing yesterday.

A cracking day. Early night. The infamous Rhum Runner is tomorrow.
